This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Premier Network Services Pty Ltd
(we, us or our) via the website(s) located at www.premiernetwork.com.au and
shop.premiernetwork.com.au (Website).

When you make a purchase through the Premier Network Services website, you may be

Services Pty Ltd does not collect, store, or retain any payment card details on its systems.

All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your
payment information is transmitted directly to and handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) defines types of information, including Personal
Information and Sensitive Information.

Personal Information means information or an opinion about an identified individual or an
individual who is reasonably identifiable:

(a)whether the information or opinion is true or not; and
(b) whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in
most cases not be classified as “Personal Information” and will not be subject to this privacy
policy.

Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act as including information or opinion about
such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political
association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional
body, criminal record or health information.

(a) for the primary purpose for which it was obtained;
(b) for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose; and

our client files and records will be kept only as required to fulfill our record keeping
obligations. In this context data retained for active clients will be kept for 7 years and
prospective clients for 1 year

circumstances (Australian Privacy Principle 12); and
(ii) allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions

you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in
consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with
the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Overseas transfer

Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you
expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your Personal Information to an
overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian
Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such
circumstances.

Notifiable Data Breach

Premier Network Services Pty Ltd is subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme of the
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The NDB scheme requires us to notify affected individuals and the Office of
the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) when a data breach is likely to result in serious harm
to any individuals whose personal information is involved.

What is a Notifiable Data Breach?

A notifiable data breach occurs when the following three criteria are met:

(i) there is unauthorised access to, unauthorised disclosure of, or loss of personal information held by
Premier Network Services Pty Ltd;

(ii) the breach is likely to result in serious harm to one or more individuals whose personal information
is involved; and

(iii) Premier Network Services Pty Ltd has been unable to prevent the likely risk of serious harm
through remedial action taken after becoming aware of the breach.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a notifiable data breach has occurred, we are required
to:

(i) conduct a prompt assessment of the suspected breach, which must be completed within 30 days of
becoming aware of the suspected breach;

(ii) notify the OAIC by lodging a statement using the prescribed form as soon as practicable after
forming the belief that a notifiable data breach has occurred; and

(iii) notify all individuals whose personal information was involved in the breach and who are at risk of
serious harm, or where it is not practicable to notify affected individuals directly, publish a notice on our
website and take reasonable steps to bring that notice to the attention of affected individuals.
